Conference venue
Marriott Hotel, is located in the very center of Warsaw, opposite the Central Railway Station with the possibility of going underground pathway directly from the station or from the parking lot in Zlote Tarasy Shopping Mall.

Registration for the conference begins starts at 8:00 am
Due to the early start time of the Forum, we recommend those coming from far away to stay overnight the day before the event.
Accommodation on 1st/2nd February and 2nd/3rd February
Suggested hotels for accommodation, located nearby, 5 minutes walk from the conference venue. There are more than a dozen hotels within 200-400 m, with prices starting at 350 PLN night:
Mercure Warszawa Centrum, Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre, Novotel Warszawa Centrum, Hotel Metropol, Hotel Polonia Palace.
Overnight stay at Marriott Hotel
Check-in begins at 16:00 and ends at 12:00. When checking guests in, the hotel will collect a deposit of 50 PLN in the form of a credit card or cash before issuing the keys.
Special price will be available at Marriott Hotel, for reservations until 31.01.2024

Arrival by train
Persons arriving by train should get off at Warszawa Centralna Station. Take the underground passageway opposite the Marriott Hotel.
